Grappa aged in Passito di Pantelleria barriques
This great Grappa is obtained from the distillation of our best pomace coming from the most suitable areas of Monferrato.
Bain-marie distillation in small stills, then aging for a long time in barriques used for the aging of Pantelleria Passito, a special Passito wine produced in Sicily exclusively in Pantelleria.
On the nose it is characterised by the fruity and fragrant aroma typical of Muscat; on the palate, typical hints of raisins and dates can be perceived.
