Grappa aged in Chestnut barrels
This special grappa is hand-made by steeping Piedmont chestnuts, previously roasted and then chopped, along with our best grappa for about 6 months.
Then, it is sieved by separating it from fruit and aged in 225l chestnut barriques specially manufactured for us by a master cooper for about 5 years.
The result is a special grappa with a delicate chestnut aroma.
